Gaming Monitor Purchase Help

Hello! , i want to purchase a new monitor for my PC is not cutting it , I want to purchase a gaming monitor that's 120hz or 144hz , im done with 60hz and would like to upgrade , i have a AMD R9 390 GPU , and i heard that

a Free Sync screen is better than a G-sync for AMD users , but i dont know very much about pc screens and would like suggestions , If someone can help me find the cheapest one that you can buy for pc gaming , i would very much appreciate it!!! 

 

Things im looking for if possible = Free Sync (or G-Sync Which ever works best with my GPU)

Anything higher than 60hz (120hz or 144hz *preferred*)

Price : (Lowest you can find for a budget) but will save more money if theres a better option )

acer gn246hl or the asus vg248qe are both solid 144z's (used both, i say the VG248qe has a better panel)

 

the Acer XF240H, (never used it) has free sync
