I was doing some performance comparisons to my current GPU and this one clearly beats it, I was just wanting some of your guys' opinions. (I currently have a Gygabyte GTX 970.)

if you need more preformance or want to play at 1440p then sure, otherwise dont upgrade because a 970 is still a great card at 1080p

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

You should and add more to your budget?

or spend a little bit more on a full sized cooler?

1) If I end up buying it, or similar. I would sell my 970

2) I could buy a full sized one, was doing this to save some money.
