Go to the top right hand corner and click your profile name, click account settings in the drop down menu and then on the left hand side click Signature.

 

Then you can write whatever you want! :)

So when I look at forum posts, people have their builds right under their post on a topic. How do I get that?

As long as it follows CS though. Seen too many advertising and links to outside sites in sigs lately.
