what air cooler is that? But with wattage in full load of 130W i wouldnt be suprised if it was using like 30-40W when idle, and combined with bad air cooler or thermal paste that could result in those temps.

If it's one of those nasty stock 1366 coolers from Intel, there is nothing to worry about. If you're uncomfortable, you could always get a cheap tower cooler like the Hyper TX3. It'll do fine.
