If you have some budget to play with, a gtx 970 is the way to go. You should be able to find those powerful cards for rather cheap now that the 10xx series is out.

a gtx 660ti. are about a 760 and are 70-80$

You didn't mention whether you will be paying for power, and if so what's the going rate.  Cost of the card is just a small piece of the pie if you have a power hog (unless someone else is paying!)
