How many mm will Gold plating add to this tubing?

well it depends on what type of plating. Purely cosmetic plating can be measured in microns, Hardly anywhere close to cause tolerance issues.

If you were to get things plated they wouldn't be in mm, it would be thinner than a human hair. something like a few microns or tenths of a thou.

I just need aesthetics. My build is Wood and Gold.

Yes it wouldn't affect the fittings in anyway, I would recommend however if you plan to do this to cut and bend the tubing into the correct shape and send it out for plating.

Depends really since it can vary but from what I've seen around I'd probably estimate it to be around a few hundred dollars.
