Tubing Plating

Yes it wouldn't affect the fittings in anyway, I would recommend however if you plan to do this to cut and bend the tubing into the correct shape and send it out for plating.

How much do you think it would cost if I have about 750mm of tubing?

Depends really since it can vary but from what I've seen around I'd probably estimate it to be around a few hundred dollars.
