Well the Corsair Carbide Spec M2 is $55.00, it's decent but being a case in that price range they did cut corners on quality. Most of your budget should go into the GPU at this point but you need to specify what games it's for. As for the rest, a 1TB WD Blue HDD like wrathoftheturkey said & I don't know jack about wifi cards. Try browsing Newegg, filtering your price & sorting by best reviews or highest rating.

the stock one is broken my max is $224.24 anything over is a no go
