So my windows 10 has twice the reserved RAM (4.1GB/8Gb vs (supposidly) 2GB). Now compare this 4.1GB of reserved memory to 2 laptops (One is a macbook pro with Windows installed with BootCamp and one is a Surface Pro 3), each with 8Gb of RAM. Both of the laptops have no more than 95 MB of RAM Reserved. SO what is going on with my windows?

Anyways, I would like to fix this. So I am proposing re-installing windows. Now my issue is that I would like some of my stuff to not move when I transfer over, so how do I do this? If I were to put everything on my D drive (My 1TB HDD) and I re-installed windows on my 120Gb SSD, would I be able to move files back?
