Two fans on a heatsink, which direction should they blow?

I've got the above cooler.  It comes with one fan that blows into the heatsink.  I've heard that it is generally quieter when using two fans, so I went ahead and bought one.  My question is, which direction should the second fan blow?  Into the heatsink as well, or out so that the air moves through the heatsink quicker?

They should be facing the same direction.

Both in the same direction. It might be louder if you face them together. Also why it is quieter is because you can lower the speed of the fans with 2 installed.

Hope I helped :)
