Dark gray and gray screen at loading?

Hey guys, so recently my pc had a gray and dark gray screen and it won't turn on anymore.  Well it does turn on but it gives me a corrupt windows loading screen.  Either that corrupt loading screen or it doesn't load at all.  Sometimes it brings me to Recovery page automatically and forces me to reset the pc.  I did reset it but it didn't work still.  Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You might have a deep rootkit virus. I'd wipe the whole drive and reinstall Windows if you have no important stuff on there.

If rootkit virus is from my OS (as google define it), then can I use that same OS key?  Won't I get the same problem?  Was I scammed with my OS because I bought it for 30 bucks although the key is official.

You can reuse your old OS key if it is legit
