NEED HELP NOW PLEASE

Ok so today while i was playing rainbow six siege as you do, my computer keep freezing and blue screening and showed

WHEA_INCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

so i went to check my BIOS and to see all of my overclocking settings have been reset, not by me and i am now getting temperatures in the 50s idle

so i checked my H100I gtx to see if anything is wrong and everything was working, i even put new thermal paste on, but it didnt help, i ended up reseating the 4790k

and that helped for a bit then i turned my voltage all the way down to 1.100 volts and i cant even stress test it without it hitting 100C 

right now its at 60C while idle.

please help i need this computer for school

Sounds like the cooler wasn't seated properly, as mentioned also check to see if the pump has failed.

Do you hear any noise coming from the pump or feel any vibrations from it?

no the tubes dont move or the block either

maybe just replace the water cooling loop and try with air cooling

i would think that the cooler pump has diededed and that you need a new cooler, im surpriesd you can even get it running and not getting overheated and shut down without a cooler that works tho, guess that the block and stagnent water is enough to disapate some heat

ID guess your pump isn't working. The PC may have reset your OC for self preservation.
