Cloud saved database software

Pretty much what I am looking for is a database software that i can save onto a cloud and look and edit it on my android phone as well as on my windows computer.

you can use SQLite, its a single file database. and there are a few apps on android that should be able to open it. wont exactly be the prettiest but if you want SQL then thats your option.

Inventory management?

CD/DVD catalogue?
