But I just found out that there are also fans that makes noises sometimes when they are active.

How do I know how loud a fan is without hearing it?

How can I avoid those fan noises?

Look at in-depth reviews and look at descriptions of what the sound is like.

Other than that, you're going to have to hear it.

To be honest, all laptops are noisy when under load. It's more of a question of how noisy. You can get a laptop cooling pad (like this one) or just deal with a bit of fan noise, you can use headphones or just avoid super intensive tasks like gaming.

I think this HP laptop is new but maybe if I read another HP review from this year that is like 1 month old, will that make any differences?

I mean that Acer laptop I have right now. (It has.... position issues. If I put it straight on the flat sofa some keys aren't working, same for mic.) Doesn't make noises at all, I don't know when the fan startes to rotate. If I play csgo will it be really loud?

They probably don't use the same cooling.

What's loud is subjective. Refer to my earlier post.

Those cooling things.... If I activate them they rotate but whats about that one in my laptop? Will it cool faster?

Cause.... maybe I made it wrong but it was still rotating?

Yeah, I heared one of them. When I listen to music I don't hear it. If I disable the cooling thing, it cooles down the laptop but the fan still inside the laptop is still doing something.
