Overclock GPU

I got gtx 1060 6gb

I crank the power and temperature to maximum and i offset 210 Mhz on GPU clock and 200Mhz on Memory clock..is it a good a overclock ?? Can anyone recommend me ? Also is it safe  ?

You should be overclocking in small increments, stress testing each time you increase clock speeds on either the GPU or the memory.

So what u think is the sweet spot  ??? I also turn my fan to aggressive..it wont go below 65c

I would go as far as you can while remaining within safe temperature limits which would be about 80C.

I don't think lifespan will be affected in a major way, even with the voltage all the way up as NVIDIA won't allow the GPU to go past safe values. With that said, you can go as high as the GPU and temperatures allow.
