whats this called?

I'm looking for a piece of hardware that can take multiple audio inputs and turn it into 1 single output that can go straight to my new headphones.

I want this so I can have music, team-speak, and game audio running at the same time and be able to adjust volumes on the fly with physical dials.

 

my old headphones had them built in so I know its a thing, I just have no idea what its called.

Multiple physical inputs? Like a optical audio cable from Xbox, USB from PC and 3.5mm from phone or like PC game, PC music, and PC voice chat?

Right click the speaker icon on taskbar in bottom right of screen, and open Volume Mixer to change individual programs/windows volume if they are all PC inputs. Make sure to expand the window to see every open program.

I think he wants physical dials of adjustment for each.

This might be overkill, but a mixer would do what you want...

As @Ryan_Vickers said, a Mixer allows you to have multiple physical inputs for say your phone's headphone jack, a game console, a guitar, and your PC.

Alternatively, you can fart around with VoiceMeeter Banana if you're looking for more control over Virtual Inputs/Outputs from software on your PC.
