There is probably loads of used ones now, since some could have offered their 380s for sale when they got their new RX 480s and 1060s.

Check ebay/craigslist I managed to pick up a gtx 780 for about $100. If you need performance at this price you need to go used.

750ti/rx460.

A 960/970/380/X used could be an option as well.
