Best GPU for $125?

I'm doing a build with an old i5 2400 system and I have about $125 to spend on a graphics card.  Should I get a new RX 460 or is there used card that is consistently around $110 that would be better?

do you wanna strech your budget a little bit? do you consider USED? if yes then you can buy a used 960 for that price, if not then the AMD 460

960 is about that used pretty consistently . thats what id do if you dont mind used. make sure you test it

when you can get a 960 4 gb good  GPU for 125 why would you get a card that is half as powerful?

The 960 might be a good option, but it's performance is only 10-15% better than the 460 as far as I've seen and will be a used card.

First of all, quote posts when replying.  

The 960 is not twice as good, it's only 10-15% better.  Second, used hardware is not always a good idea since you have no warranty

I meant I didn't know where to start looking as far as what cards to look for.  Ebay, Newegg, Amazon, and Craigslist are on my list.  Also r/hardwareswap

I don't mind used, but is 15% better performance worth used?  I don't know

if its in good condition i dont see why not. 460 is good if you'd like new.

Get an R9 380 for the same price (used) and enjoy a 30% better performance instead.

I'll figure it out.  It will probably come down to power supply.  If the PSU that comes in the computer can handle the 960 I'll do it, but if I have to spend money on a power supply I'll probably take whatever is cheaper.

Where did you get the 10-15 percent figure from?

3D Mark test GTX 960 =  5914

 

4173/5914 times 100 is 70

 

which means 960 is 70 percent faster than the 460 also, 460 comes with 2 GB vram and 960 you can get a 4 gb one

1. There are 4GB RX 460s.

2. GTX 960 is not worth it.

3. R9 380 is better at the same price.

I'm not talking about specifically 3D mark.  I'm also considering other benchmarks such as video editing and CAD.  I'm also not allergic to AMD

In my area the 380 is not in the 120 zone that is why I said 960, if you can get a 380 get it
