PCIE or SATA fan controller?

So I'm looking for a product and for the life of me I can seem to figure out if it even exists.  I want a case fan hub/controller that is 100% internal, can handle a ton of fans and is controlled via PCIE, SATA or whatever, through a utility program along the lines of something like MSI afterburner, so everything is controlled on screen with no dials, sliders or push-buttons on my case, which frankly I find rather tacky.  The ability to monitor internal temps would be a nice too.  I mean my motherboard bios controls my processor fans as needed, sure would be nice to have my case fans do the same, quiet down while cool/idle and ramp up when internal temps rise.  This is a thing right?  I figured LTT forums would be the place to ask, any help would be much appreciated.

M. Yurizaki no my MB only has 4 case fan headers, right now I have four filtered intake and three exhaust fans running at somewhat slow rpm so as not to make too much noise, right now my exhaust fans run directly off the power supply, it works but...a fan controller would be nice.  Living circumstances dictate that my PC be in a room without a/c so I overcompensate with airflow Placerville CA gets warm in the summer.

If you are up for a little bit of electronics, I have a temperature based fan controller that does a perfect job with automatic fan speeds

And it will do craploads of fans (12 is no problem)
