A bit high L1 L2 and L3 latencies

Aren't my L1 L2 and L3 latencies a bit high? I've seen that almost everyone's L1 cache has 0.9ns latency while mine has 1.1ns. L2 and L3 are also higher than what I've mostly seen by other people. Is this because I haven't overclocked neither the CPU nor the Cache?

Those latencies look perfectly fine to me

Well I'm mainly asking because I was most people have 0.9ns L1 latency and I have 1.1ns.

Cache latencies do improve when you overclock.

I really dont know, as on my motherboard (P9X79 Deluxe) there is no setting for cache, and I have very little experience overclocking on haswell/broadwell/skylake.
