How much VRam do you really need for 1366x768 monitor?

1gb would be fine even. A 750ti has nowhere near enough power to handle 4gb.

This is an old Desktop (i5-2300 2.8 ghz, 4gb ddr3 1333Mhz) and Old Monitor , i am going to upgrade to a more powerful rig but not now maybe after a year or so , so i need a card that could work for me up-to 2 years (Gta V , Hitman and even Max Payne 3 - i can manage at low settings) and not cost a lot, i have a budget of $200 (including another 4gb Ram).

gtx 1060 3gb should be enough
