Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise?

If you have all of them, might as well install enterprise, more features and no downsides. But from a strict necessity standpoint no need to go beyond Pro if you need the Pro features (more RAM, bitlocker encryption Gpedit...) Enterprise is starting to be pretty advanced features you probably won't need. But again, if you have access to all, go for the one with the most features, who knows you could use them someday.
