The EVGA 550 GS has a pretty small footprint and is an excellent power supply.

It can fit a standard ATX PSU but the main thing is the cables as the runs will be much shorter than in a regular case so getting shorter replacement cables would be a good idea.

Would Cable mod cables be to long? Or should i find other cables?

You can use their configuator to do custom cable lengths, the replacement cables they provide are the same as the orginals that come with the PSU.
