Help overclocking

So I built my computer some time ago. I have a Asus sabertooth 990fx R2.0, AMD FX 8320 8-core with a hyper 212 evo by cool master, evga GeForce FX 750 FTW edition with ACX, 16 GBs of ram don't remember the brand or the speed, 2 regular 7500 rpm hard drives and a maxwell 500 watt psu.

With what I have is it possible to overclock my cpu and if so will it benifet me any?

you can OC. You can probably get 4.4 from the cpu. Just bump up the mutipler in the bios and voltage.

You can oc your gpu in msi afterburner.
