Hry guys, I've been wondering if there is a difference between the P400 and its Silent version.  Is there a huge difference or the Silent version is just a waste of extra bucks?  Also, if I buy the P400S White version, what paint can I use to paint the 2 covers on top of the case?  Any suggestion is welcome.  Thanks in advance!

This is a question that only a reviewer could answer tbh. Comparing the sound level of the two.

I have the P400, non S, and honestly, if you have a quiet enough system, I don't not think it makes enough of a difference. The only thing in my system that's noticeably audible is the 3.5" HDD, everything else is fine.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

I see, thanks.  Really appreciate it.  Might just go with the non S since it is 10 bucks cheaper.

oh yea, quick question, can you put an SSD bracket on the removable part near the fans in front of the case?

As far as I'm aware, the only available mounting positions for SSDs are behind the motherboard tray or in the hard drive cage.

I see, so i cant display my ssd inside along with the mobo and gpu? I wanted to show off my ssd LOL

There are modular drive brackets that can be displayed on the windowed side.

SSDs can go anywhere. Just grab some velcro or double-sided tape if you have to.

Terrible advice. I know this thread is quite old but I was looking at the P400 and P400s myself. Using static electricity or materials such as velcro with electronics is like a child putting his or her hand on the burner in the kitchen. Eventually you will destroy components.

Depends on what you want. Asthetics or a silent system? Asthetics = P400, Silent system = P400s [no window so can't showcase]

Only you can answer that.

They are both the same case you just have to answer the above question only

As far as ESD is concerned, velcro is no worse than any other plastic. It may be a problem if you frequently rip the velcro off but that isn't exactly what I recommended.
