Best Bluetooth speaker for the budget performer

My friend is a danceing performer and most of the times he had speakers from the place he was performing but we are starting to do street performances,Meaning we dont have any speakers.

Our budget is like 50-70 bucks(we are still teenagers with the low ability to get a job)

we cant really use amazon and we are probobly stuck useing Ebay and every other chineese selling website like Aliexpress(alibaba)

Have you thought of one of those plastic amplifier things that use your speaker?

You mean like use normal bookshelf speakers with a portable amplifier?

At this point I dont mind it being wired but we cant be tethered the wall in either way.

I Dont mind going full blown but I need it to have a battery,have a speaker that can get the peoples attention

and if there is a way to turn even wall bricked speakers into actuall normal speakers that will also be splendid.
