Can use sound dampening foam.

What case do you have?

What is the source of noise?

 

Also, undervolt case fans + cpu fan's, turn down the fan speed on GPU etc with msi afterburner or some other program.

Use drivespeed for DVD drives to limit there speed when they are reading which reduces noise etc.

 

You trade temperatures for silence.

You can do lots of things: Use rubber screws/washers, play around with fan speeds (Undervolt fans, turn down RPM of fans), use sound damping foam.
