Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge

Is there a point to getting the galaxy S7 edge or should i get the normal S7 i'm hoping to buy one of them soon but i'm just not sure if theres a point to the edge besides of course the edge display but other than that is it worth the extra 100 euro getting the edge?

The S7 has 3000mAh while the Edge has 3600mAh. Only reason why I'd buy a s7 edge over the s7 for me.

i7-9980x 4.20mhz - 19.8 terraflops of ram - 512mb GENERIC VIDEO_CARD - 20w PSU with hyperthreading.

Edge is a lot more slippery. But it has 600 mah more. And it may look better, but that's all. If you don't mind having a battery pack w/ you or a battery case, the edge is obsolete. Personally, I'd get the S7.
