Has he always been this way? A lot of times it stems from speration anxiety coupled with a lack of socializaiton with other dogs early on in their development. Was he not raised around other dogs or animals? Is he only aggressive when other animals are around you? Our youngest puggle can be dog aggressive at times, but with persistent supervised socialization he has gotten much better.

i cant help because i have a the same problems.

one of our dogs have been actively and almost successfully trying to kill our other dog for the last year+ we keep them closed on opposite sides of our house and switch them by putting both in rooms and letting one out and running it past the door we now have dividing our house in two. One dog is 3 and the other is 4 and they were fine with each other for over 2 years.

Sorry for the late reply it seems to be when dogs come near me i talked to my dad about it and he seems to think he's possessive over me as in he doesn't want to be replaced I did try to socialize him as a puppy but what i misinterpreted as aggression was playing but that turned into fighting later in life.
