You technically can use two PSUs, but they're probably crap and should be replaced by something decent. 

 

What PSUs are they? (a decent 430w is enough on its own)

You can run 2 PSUs, silver stone make a splitter thing for it. I would advise no to unless you really need it. I would say only get it for redundancy

If the 430w power supply is a good quality unit, then you could power that system with a single RX480 on it.

 

Anyways, it is not recommended to run a dual PSU setup with two PSUs that is unable to handle such a load (specially two group-regulated PSUs). One of the PSU will only outputting +12V to the GPU via 6/8-pin PEG connectors which will put the power supply in a severe crossload situation - causing the voltages to behave erratically or even go out of specs.

i'm pretty sure it's not good quality, because it comes with the case. Simbadda

Ah yeah, time to get one single decent quality PSU. A Corsair CX550M will do nicely and isn't crazy expensive.
