Hello guys.

Recently i built a New Gaming Pc, It has 2 TB seagate and Kingston savage 240 gb. I just want to install Windows 10 in my ssd but some folks told me that i must unplug my 2tb hard drive for not getting it corrupted.

I don't really know what i should do :(

To make it easy unplug the HDD but if you don't I don't think there will be any problems (there weren't for me).  You just have to select the right drive when Windows asks which one to install to.

Your 2TB harddrive wont be corrupted, the only danger of having it plugged in during installation is that you risk selecting the wrong drive. If you have a decent head on your shoulders this shouldn't be a problem.

True. It's just an overall precaution. Once installed and you reconnect the HDD it should be detected without issues.

Just unplug sata 3 cable from your mobo or HDD so there is no connection. Power cable shouldnt matter but to be 100% i unpluged that cable too so only connected storage device would be my SSD. Turn off your PSU amd PC before u get your hands inside your PC case for 100% safety.

Make sure u are static electricity free (touch something metal to discharge before touching your hardware)
