Hi there,

the PSU is no good, and why did you pick the R9 270X? You can get much better value out of the RX460/470.

I made some optimizations, although I don't know your budget. Czech this out:

For consumer applications you don't need high memory clocks

I feel like your build is "uneven". Like you focus money on wrong things

unbalanced you mean :) Well it's true for some of the parts @ThijsVanDorp chose

At any rate, I would suggest getting a better PSU, at least the CX450M grey, to get rid of unnecessary cables (Yes I know the Mastercase 5 has a basement)

you just need a GPU and maybe an ssd, don't really need anything else.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

You think? What would you recommend? Ive been looking for a 1070, but all the different types are killing me lol. Is ddr4-2133 ram worth the upgrade?

RAM from ddr3 to ddr4 wont give you a apparent improvement in gaming. Any 1070 from MSI EVGA Asus etc are fine. you can check into evga ssc, sc, or ftw models, they are all good ones.

I also suggest to get a better PSU. the one you have will do the job but is risky. its quality makes it easy to fail and a failed psu will bring other staff down with it cpu/ mobo/ gpu.

a gtx 1070 windforce if you want cheap, evga if you can spend a few bucks more. for the ssd, hynix sl308 is a great budget choice.
