What performance degradation?

What type of performance degradation are you experiencing? Do you have any type of proofs that it is a real degradation, and not just something you feel? (Benchmarks, that kinda stuff) and, btw, why do you have 16gigs of RAM paired with an i3? Isnt it toó much RAM for it?
