C++ Redistribute (I am missing one)

So just installed MSI afterburner, says "side by side configuration is incorrect" googling it says the program is missing a C++ redistribute package is needs.
You have all probably seen steam and other programs installed the ones it needs, but why the fk are none of them in windows update, nor is there any single place to get them all.

Help, I cant go downloading the tens of redistribute packages it would take ages xD
