Typically you should be able to move only the OS on the SSD with some cloning tools but I would advise against that. Cloning a HDD on a SSD involves some risk for the SSD to be recognized and treated as HDD, thus missing out on functions such as TRIM and could get defragged which can degrade its lifespan. I would recommend performing a clean install (which would require a reinstall of your games due to the new system registry) in order to avoid any complication and potential issues.
