My purpose is gaming and editing 

Should i go with i7-6700k or i5-6600k is good enough?

Should i go with 64 ram or 32 ram is good for my purpose?

Is my power supply good?

Should i go with Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler CW-9060025-WW, Black or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2) is good enough?

i7-6700k and 32GB RAM.  Processor for maximum editing power, RAM is quite adequate for now, and can be expanded cheaply later.

A single 32GB kit will be cheaper than two separate 16GB kits. An i7-6700k will be much better for editing.

For both gaming and editing buy the 6700k..
Buy the 2x16gb ram kit.

But it really depends on what type of editing he's doing, if it depends on cuda cores, a titan x or 980ti would take precedence over the cpu, if it runs better with more cores, a 5820k would give you more bang for the buck
