USB 3.0 Win7 Switches off

Hi all, I have quite a problem here. Today I had to reinstall my windows 7. I installed all the drivers, but when I install GPU drivers and utility (MSI R9 390 Crimson + drivers) after restart my USB 3.0 ports at the back doesn't work anymore, and I get an info that Crimson was shut down because of some kind of error. When I get back to lastest drivers from MSi site (Catalyst Control Center) it works again. What is going on?

After Crimson installed I have no USB 3.0 slots in the hardware monitor, even if in BIOS/UEFI the USB 3.0 is enabled.
