Laptop frozen when watching twitch

I have acer E1-572 and sometimes when i watch twitch my computer "frozes" and wont work until i reboot.

If anyone has some idea whats going on i would like to know and this only happens with twitch.

Which browser? If firefox maybe flash player causes it, if chrome maybe clean cache? its kind of a weird issue so can't say anything to specific.

32 or 64 bit?

How much RAM do you have installed?

How much is used?

Do you run other applications in the background?

windows 10 64bit

4Gb

Uses normally about 2.5 Gb

tried running without any other application in the background but still the same
