hi guys! not english native so sorry for the shitty grammar 

 

im building a Skylake sistem and i  run into a problem with the money.

 

i was going to buy a i7-6700k but now i have to buy i ton of stuff for the university so...

should i buy a i3 6100? and aupgrade in like 6+ month?

i was planing to stream some csgo and some mobas maybe nothing too heavy

and some video editing 1080 (no 4k no 1440)

 

i already have a graphic card and every other part for the pc

i7-6700k would be best for video editing, and gaming. It would likely help more with video editing. It's up to you.

If you are planning to buy a i7 6700k in future then you have to buy a z170 motherboard (if you want to save some money in the future). You can play csgo smoothly with a i3 6100 & you can also do video editing at 1080 but video editing will be little bit slow in this case. But 6100 can do it.

PNY SSD 120gb

1tb WD blue 7200

Why did you buy a Sabertooth mobo... and why did you get an inferior 4x4 kit rather than a 2x8 one...

 

Anyhow, get a cheap pentium for now and upgrade to a 7700k when it launches.

With a Gtx 1060. And a 120gb SSD. And no money to buy a good CPU.

 

That board is cool, I'm not going to argue about that. It just doesn't make any sense to spend so much money on it if OP will have to skimp on other parts.

Oh yeah, I see what you're saying now. I think he thought he would have the money but college hit his budget harder than expected. 120GB SSD gag. I hate when people get small SSDs, nothing less than 500GB for this fella.

was going to buy a z170-a but in Argentina the sabertooth was like 15 USD more so i went for it

yeah i know is like shit but it's all to a future upgrade and maybe build a new pc with the parts im not using anymore posible HTPC

about the ram it because pricing in Argentina man... here is like hell to buy a pc
