980 sli vs 1070

I dont know if I should run 980 sli or 1070 in my new build as 980'soon are cheap as dust in my country compared to the 1070 at nearly 600$ and 980 sli would cost compared around 500$

980 SLI will be faster by about 40% I believe, albeit you'll run into VRAM limits in the future most likely.

2 980s in SLI will beat a single 1070, but you should be aware of the caveats that come with multi-GPU setups. also be aware of vram limits as well

Oh damn didn't notice it had 4gb Well I'll just go with a 980 ti then..(single 980ti)

gtx1070. If a Game doesnt scale well you are f*****. And less VRAM of course.

Mah budget won't allow me to buy a 1070 with a good cooler so i'll just go with a 980ti single card.
