Skywood PhonePad

Nicole from Mobilegeeks found an interesting knockoff of the ASUS padfone at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2013. It's called the PhonePad from Skywood. Instead of a special-made phone,you could dock a Galaxy s2,s3,s4 and iPhone. The concept is cool, as you can dock any phones that within the size limitation, but the screen is not that good, and it is thick. I hope the next gen could be with a better screen,thinner and lighter...

Its a great idea, but needs to be improved. Would have wanted a better display (maybe an IPS display?).

this thing must cost more than a full fledged tablet with a good display... nexus 7 (old one) for 150$ any one?

This is good in concept but it definitely needs to be refined for more functionality, better aesthetics, better ergonomics, etc.
