Elgato hd60 pro help?

I have my computer with an AMD A10- 6700 and I have the Elgato hd60 Pro not sure what's wrong with my setup I just need help in figuring it out. I have 32 gigs of RAM and 2 terabyte hybrid Drive. I mean my processor is running at 3.7 ghz so I don't know why my videos are choppy and the sound is cutting off. :/ I asked Elgato and they just give me the runaround:( Not sure if I need a graphics card or bad case new processor :S
