Xeon vs. Core i7 IPS for FOlding

Working for a major VAR in the tech industry, given a quad-core Xeon processor based on the Skylake architecture...

I would like to know if this Xeon fares any better in PPD (via IPS) than a similar Skylake-S Core i7.

I realize that IPS has everything to do with PPD, but would like to if there is any known measurable difference between hyper-threaded quad cores (between Xeon and i7)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

@GDRRiley, I just wanted hard numbers on difference in known IPS/PPD between Xeon and Core i7 (both Skylake), if known within the folding community. (I fully realize we cannot accommodate empirical data due to binning differences between the brands)

@themctipers, Do you have a source for that? Just curious. IPS are usually due to frequency x transistor number.

there is nothing different if they have the same clockspeed.
