GTX 970 Troubles

Hi LTT! First time poster, anyway, I've been having some pretty bad problems with my pc, and reddit hasn't helped, so I decided to turn to you guys. The problem I've been having is that I've been experiencing some pretty bad framerate drops. My average FPS Has gone down in even more basic games like CS:GO (150 at max setting 144 hz) and I've been experiencing very consistent and very noticeable framerate drops in games like CS:GO, Overwatch, and The Witcher. I've had this rig for about a year and these problems started about a week or 2 ago. Ive tried everything I can think of, no viruses on my PC, and no obvious issues that I can find. Any advice?

I know on my pc, i had razer open and it would lag my game out. maybe somthing like that also what is the load and timps?

Not sure about the load and temps unfortunately, but I know the GPU and CPU aren't breaking 60-65 Celsius

Have you tried to re-install Windows? Also when was last time you did re-install the damn thing? :)

I tried setting windows to about a month back, that didn't do anything. Would resetting be any different? Re-installed maybe 6 moths ago

I will do a furmark with my 970 to see. mine should be about the same or less

I where thinking more of a complete re-install but that takes so work and toy will have to backup everything. :(

Can I just do a reinstall without backing up the drives if I have nothing on here I can't just reinstall?

Umm you will just kill the driver and re-install the driver from the Nvidia page after... o3o
