Network Drivers/Need Help

Recently read an article on Overwatch not being 'compatible' with 'Realtek' which may cause latency issues. I have 16ms internet but 100ms on Overwatch so i'm assuming this is the problem. However Realtek is my only network driver and was hoping if one of you kind guys could help me in getting/downloading a better/new one. I'm hoping this is the issue and i'm hoping it's easy to switch. Thanks.

If you were to get a different drive, you need a new network card, You can get intel pro1000's on ebay for about 20 bucks
