green cpu cooler fan help

i found a microATX case i like and it has some green led case fans. would like to try to get a heatsink with a matching cooler led fan

it needs to max height of 135mm

would i be better off finding the heatsink that fits and just change out the stock fan for a led one that would match?

Yeah, some nice low profile, maybe downdraft cooler and change fan on it. There are some fans with green colors around, and ofc black with green/rgb leds.

Yes, it would probably be much easier to just grab a heatsink and put a green led fan on it.
