The short answer is their both the same.

The long answer is that SDRAM is a type of RAM used in PCs since the late 90s/early 2000s. It replaced EDO RAM and competed with RDRAM as the standard. SDRAM is pretty much ubiquitous in electronics so there's almost no reason to say what kind of RAM it is.

If you want some more info for that noggin' to store useless knowledge, other types of  RAM in use include 1T-SRAM, FCRAM, and HBM DRAM. GDDR RAM is a special type of SDRAM.

Also, isn't this pc good or close to good price?

SDRAM is just faster than RAM. And yes that is a very good computer for the price!

SDRAM is basically CPU cache.

..what..?

SDRAM = Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.

The memory used in modern computers are all SDRAM; retailers and manufacturers simply tends to leave out the "SDRAM" section of it.

SDRAM DDR4 and DDR4 are both the same thing.

Now, GDDR4 and DDR4 are two different things.

GDDR4 is only found on graphics cards, hence the "G." Regular DDR4 is referring to system memory.

Oh my god...RDRAM...that never needed to exist.

Formality.

But that prebuilt only has a b150 board so even though it has a 6600k, it will not be able to overclock.

This is a cheaper build that will be able to oc with better specs.

EDIT: for $1000 you can squeeze in an i7 6700k and a water cooler, and windows 10 as well.
