Cas vs Speed

2133 ddr4 at 13cas
Or 

2666 ddr4 at 15cas
I see it as +2cas and +2speed stages, since inbetween would be 2400 by 14

 

I am looking at ddr4 16GB single sticks, and theres a 13cas 2133, should I even focus on cas? or is the speed more important?
I'm no overclocker, i take what I buy and use it.

Effective latency math thingy: 

 

(13 / 1066) *1000 = 12.19ms

(14 / 1200) *1000 = 11.6ms

(15 / 1333) * 1000 = 11.25ms

 

2666MHz C15 kit is fastest. If it's in the same sort of price range, go for it.
