Ok that is definitely part of the problem- your hard drive is basically full. Remember, even though most things can be kept in ram, some still needs to be kept in swap (pagefile) on your hard drive.

Though it is an SSD so effects should be minimal. It is possible that you have a virus of some sort. If you have a spare hard drive lying around, you may want to try a windows installation on that and see what happens.

How old is this windows install? How long ago did it become slow? Was it always slow?

Well just off the Magician read, it looks like the ssd isn't exactly running in best conditions.

Make sure it's connected via the faster sets of SATA ports, enable AHCI in BIOS and do a cleanup. It is seriously clogged up.

After freeing up some space, hit the firmwire update in magician (there's a warning triangle there) and see what's available (update it if available).

Next step is to make sure you enable Over Provisioning (default setting is fine) and select OS Optimisation according to personal preference (we're talking performance, most likely)

Indeed AHCI isn't even enabled so its not running at full speed.  Is the triangle with ! indicating that there is a firmware update for your drive? May want to update that if thats the case.

You need to free up some space. Can you move some 15 gb over to the HDD?

After that space is cleared, OP will set some of the free space (that 11.18gb that is suggested) as unallocated. That space will be used for performance and durability optimization, which is the next step.
