Since i'm new here and english isn't really my best known language i hope that this is the right part of the forum to post this in and luckily my spelling mistakes aren't that bad. =)

I currently have this build as my gaming PC:

CPU: AMD FX-6350 Black Edition with an hyper tx3 EVO

Ram: Hynix 8 GB DDR3-1333MHZ
HDD: Seagate 500GB Sata3
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
GPU: Asus Hd 7970 ROG Matrix Platinum 3 GB / GTX 560Ti 1GB
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23 FX
PSU: Coolermaster G750M
Case: 3R Systems R480 with a 120mm front and back cooler

I bought it as an complete system back in July 2013.

Since i know for sure that my GPU is somewhat broken with Heavy graphic problems in BF4 Dragonage Inquisition and WoW after like 2-5 mins playing and even crashing my pc with some windows bluescreen error's i exchanged it for an old GTX 560Ti from my wifes old pc and it runs better than ever somehow...

I'am thinking to buy me a new GPU in about 1-2 month's and i want to get the Asus GTX 1060 Strix Rog or the 1070 depends on my budged till then.

Now to get to my question:  should i get some other new parts to not hinder the new GPU i want to get ?
I know that my Motherboard isn't really the best for gaming since the Voltage Converter on my Motherboard get to warm and throttle down the CPU quite a lot and since the New GPU is really big i maybe need a new case to fit it in.
Is the CPU still good enough for somehow decent gaming performance ?

If you have any further questions that i can help you with just ask them i try do answer them as fast as possible. =)
Thank you all for your help in the future.

Your CPU could maybe support a 1060 if you OC'd it, not a 1070. But you won't OC your 6350 with a TX3 and a crappy board... If I didn't have a lot of money and I were you, I'd get the 1060 and start gathering money for a platform upgrade (CPU+Mobo+RAM) when Zen/Kaby Lake release end of this year.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

If possible you could go into the Intel platform or wait for the Zen chip release to they and get a better compatible system base with the new higher end GPU's. However if you don't have the budget you may have to risk it and hope no bottlenecking occurs. :D

so if the new zen Chip comes out would they be better than the current intel generation or on par with them ?

I don't really care with what i go i just want to start gaming again with my friends and decent performance atleast =)

The Zen platform is supposed to be a budget platform. So one that offers power on a budget. However if you have the money I would go Intel. Try looking into the Skylake platform if you can as it is reasonably priced with great performance. However if you are purely gaming Zen should be fine when it is released unfortunately none of us know what specifically it will offer. 9_9 If you need any help with going to a new platform I would be happy to help with the Skylake side of it. :D

We can't tell yet. For now get a 1060 and save up.
