As long as you don't get skin oils on them, and it's not the end of the world if you touch them, just try not to.

No harm if your hands are clean and you are very careful, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are doing crucial repairs. No reason in doing it, although it's not the apocalypse if you accidentally touch it when tinkering with your system.

Clean, dry and discharged and you'll be okay, I would still try to avoid touching them as much as you can though.

Not sure how hyper sensitive the pins are to oil, but I will put it this way, I am a lighting theater geek, before touching any oil sensitive component we must take off out work gloves, wash our hands, and then pick the item up with a tissue, and throw the tissue out after each use. This is to stop the lights from burning out quickly.

I would NEVER touch an oil sensitive part with my hands, even if you do wash them first :/

They're not really that delicate or sensitive to oil.  Sure you don't want to soak them in the stuff, but in general the physical contact/pressure that is put between pins and contacts can still push through and make a connection, despite the popular belief that the tiniest amount of oil will put an insulating layer between the two... sure but the pins and contacts aren't just sitting on each other by gravity.  For the most part, pins and contacts are pushed together pretty well by pressure, such as in a CPU socket or a PCI Express slot.
